I got very tired of changing the belt when I wanted different speeds. So off to EBAY looking for a DC motor and Controller that I could us to power this 9 x 20.

I found a nice 90Volt DC 1.5 HP 3750 RPM Treadmill motor and won the bid at $87.00

I also won a new Minarik variable speed SCR drive and placed it into the blue box with a power switch and the variable speed control knob. This setup works very nicely.
